3:14 pm	Who's the "strongest man in Ikebukuro?" Because I found a notice that says: "The Northern Wall of Briggs. The Strongest Man in Ikebukuro. Your neighborhood has been selected for patrol by the Xovercrack Neighborhood Watch." It's all in very elaborate hand-writing too. I might even say calligraphy. They don't make 'em like this anymore.
